Understanding the Feeling of Being Stuck
I remember hitting a point in my journey where it felt like I was living two lives.
I was deep in a long corporate career while on a journey to remember who I was.
One part of me was deeply spiritual, intuitive, and wise. She was ready to move forward and live my truth.
But the other part? She was scared.
She hesitated, doubted, self-sabotaged, and backed away from what she said she wanted.
It was frustrating and confusing.
What I didn’t know at the time is that the subconscious mind holds onto old stories for dear life, even if they no longer serve us.
It runs 95% of our thoughts, behaviors, and habits.
And it’s driven by one key directive: keep things familiar.
Even if that “familiar” pattern is keeping us small.
Why Mindset Work Isn’t Always Enough
Don’t get me wrong; mindset work is powerful.
But when your body and subconscious don’t feel safe with the new reality you’re trying to create, no amount of positive thinking can override the inner alarm system.
This is why you might:
Say “I want to be visible” and then avoid posting your work (this was me!)
Set a big, bold goal… and sabotage it within a week (yes, again...been there!)
Try to relax but feel a background buzz of anxiety you can’t shake (a constant nudge was always there)
This doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means your inner wiring just needs an update.
How to Actually Change That Wiring
This is where subconscious tools come in.
These tools speak the same language your inner self understands: sensation, symbol, rhythm, repetition, and safety.
When I added subconscious work to my journey, everything shifted for me.
Those stories softened, even disappeared.
Effective Subconscious Tools
✨ EFT (Tapping) calms the body’s fight-or-flight response and clears emotional charges.
✨ NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) helps you reframe internal beliefs and responses.
✨ Hypnotherapy gently rewires patterns while bypassing resistance.
✨ Energy work clears what isn’t yours and reconnects you to what is.
Now, these are the tools I use in my one-on-one Spiritual Transformation Sessions and in my 6-session program, The Path of Unfolding.
They’re also at the heart of my free Reset Toolkit, which you can download today.
Start With a Simple Reset
I created the Reset Toolkit to give you practices you can start using right away, no prior experience needed.
It includes:
A short EFT script for calming your system.
A workbook of journal prompts and reflective questions.

Celebrate your progress, no matter how small.
Connect with Others
Engaging with like-minded individuals can provide support and encouragement.
Join communities that resonate with your journey.
Sharing experiences can lighten the load and inspire growth.

Lastly, trust the process.
Change takes time, and it’s essential to be patient with yourself.
You are on a path of discovery, and every experience contributes to your growth.
