As a spiritual advisor and IT professional  with over 40 years of experience, I have experienced setbacks and challenges in my life.  I also realize the importance of resiliency, to navigate change, handle the ups and downs of life, and embrace fully all that life offers us.

 

 In this four-day exploration of resilience, you'll learn how to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and clarity. Together, we will explore what resilience is, why it's essential to have a strong foundation in resilience, and we'll provide tips and tools to help you build your resilience muscle.

Each day you will receive a short video and a worksheet with exercises to explore where you are on your path to resilience.

Receive each day's video and handout in your email box, with optional participation in my Facebook Group, The Soul Journey of Life.

On the fifth day, I will recap the week, share my takeaways and how you can continue to build resilience in your life.
