In this four-day exploration of resilience, you'll learn how to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and clarity. Together, we will explore what resilience is, why it's essential to have a strong foundation in resilience, and we'll provide tips and tools to help you build your resilience muscle.
Each day you will receive a short video and a worksheet with exercises to explore where you are on your path to resilience.

On the fifth day, Friday, you will be able to join a live Zoom call with any questions, reflections and takeaways from the week.
