This weekly meditation class offers a calm, welcoming space to begin or deepen a meditation practice. Each session includes a brief teaching, gentle breathwork, a guided meditation, and time for quiet, shared silence. The class is beginner-friendly while still offering depth for those with experience. You don’t need to quiet your mind or “do it right” -just arrive as you are.

🌿 Weekly Meditation Practice

This weekly meditation class is an open, welcoming space for anyone curious about meditation—whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen an existing practice.

Each class gently weaves together understanding, experience, and presence. We’ll begin with a brief teaching or theme to orient the mind, followed by a guided entry into meditation using breath awareness. From there, we’ll move into a structured practice such as a body scan, guided meditation, visualization, or mindfulness technique.

The final portion of class is devoted to silent presence—a chance to rest, integrate, and simply be—followed by a gentle re-entry to support you in carrying the practice into your day.

You don’t need any prior experience, special beliefs, or a “quiet mind.”
