Unveiling Your Heart with Artist Kimberly Heil

The workshop focuses on the intricate connection between meditative practices and creative expression through art making. Participants will be guided on a journey to delve deeper into their heart space as we channel the experience through artistic creations.  Through various mindfulness and guided meditation, attendees will be  encouraged to quiet their minds and listen to the whispers of their hearts. This allowes for a greater sense of self-awareness and emotional presence during the art-making process.  As participants engage  in creating art, whether through painting or drawing, they are invited to let go of expectations and embrace the spontaneity of their expressions. This sense of freedom and exploration offers the potency to lead to deep insights and revelations through the art making process.
