About the event
Join Julie Bailis of Mountain View Wellness and Lauri Ingram for an afternoon of restorative yoga, meditation and reflection.  Begin 2024 by renewing your body and spirit!  please  bring your own props (yoga mat, 2 blocks, two blankets, and a journal. All levels are welcome. No experience with yoga or meditation necessary.
NOTE: This event will take place at 3496 Whitney Avenue, Suite 203 (in the same building as M & T Bank) near Sleeping Giant) at Westwoods and Whitney Ave.
