About the event
Let us begin the Spring Season with a sense of grounding, perspective, and renewal. Join Julie Bailis and Lauri Ingram for 90 minutes of relaxation, intention-setting, introspection, and self-care. Please bring your own props (yoga mat, 2 blocks, two blankets, and a journal. All levels are welcome. No experience with yoga or meditation necessary. NOTE: This event will take place at 3496 Whitney Avenue, Suite 203 (in the same building as M&T Bank near Sleeping Giant).
