About the event
Playful Pages invites participants to explore their deepest emotions, childhood memories, and playful creativity in a supportive and inspiring environment. Each session focuses on different themes that resonate with experiences from our childhoods or aspects we wish to develop as adults, such as joy, curiosity, resilience, or freedom. No art experience needed! Each session will have a topic, guided reflection, journal prompts and creative exercises. Each session will include affirmations and opportunities to share.
August's topic will be Worthiness.
