From Surviving to Thriving Week 1

Transitions offer us the opportunity to be completely alive.

We are always in some state of change, whether it is through the change of seasons, a milestone birthday, change in relationship status or just the process of growing through our experiences.

Transitions are like a bridge, bringing us from one state to another. Cosmic Smashbooking has been my guide and as I look back on my smashbook adventures, I can see the power of this process.

I am honored to offer a three week series, where we will each embrace whatever transitions we are currently going through, and create a book as our portal. In this three week series, we will create a book step by step as well as pages that support this journey. 

In week 1, we will create our book with intention, including the cover.  We will also  create our grounding page.
