Are you curious about creating?  Are you seeking ways to create mindfully, and experience different techniques?  Join me!  Each  month we will experience a new technique or practice, from art to poetry and more.  No experience needed, just curiousity!  Supplies will be simple, and a list will be sent out prior to each meeting.
