Combining art journaling, writing, meditation and creativity through intentional creativity, Lauri has been using Cosmic Smashbooking for self-exploration and healing, and is honored to bring this new offering to her clients in 2022. The process allows you to leave the inner critic behind, move away from perfection and have fun while also connecting to those messages and healing opportunities that are within each of us.
