Creativity: Sacral Chakra Flag for Women's health

Chakras act as energy vortexes that help to facilitate the circulation of vital energy throughout our body. Our bodies have seven major chakras, and they are each associated with their own function, element, endocrine gland, and color.  The Sacral Chakra is associated with sensuality and sexuality, creativity, and manifestation…  and is responsible for your reproductive organs: your uterus, ovaries, and Fallopian tubes.

In this hour, we will talk about creativity and the chakra system, and in particular the importance of a balanced Sacral Chakra for women’s health. After a guided meditation, we will create a Sacral Flag, and personal practices to maintain chakra health.
